• Indian style fish curry (mild, medium or hot) -  Prawns in place of fish - S/charge at $2.00 pp

The above served with a white rice and pea pilaf and Naan Bread

Salads:

Choose any two from the list below.  Additional items at $1.50 pp per item.

• Indian Style Salad (onions, cucumber, tomato, green chillies and coriander with a lime, pepper and mint dressing)
• Madras Chick Pea and Bean Salad (Zesty (mildly spiced) dressing)
• Green Bean Salad (Garlic and Ginger Dressing)
• Cucumber & Yoghurt Raita

Other Items you may require:

Dinnerware. SFC will be happy to provide quality disposable dinnerware (a set of a large white oval plastic plate, knife, fork and serviette) at $1.00 per set and Dessert ware at $0.65 per set of white plastic bowl, spoon and serviette.

INCLUSIONS: 

Prices are based on our Fully Catered service with one staff.  Service is based on a maximum of 4 hours including set up time and packing up.1.5 hours additional labour will be charged when using real crockery & cutlery.  For larger numbers additional labour will need to be considered.
