The prices below are for a Fully Catered Buffet Standard BBQ Service and includes all the value trimmings of our Fully Catered service listed below. We also have a BBQ Drop Off Service where we bring a cooked BBQ to you as a hot box.
For 50+ guests ......$18.95 pp+GST

For 200+ guests .....$14.95 pp+GST | (Minimum numbers required is 50 where a chef is included. For numbers under 50 please call us.)
For numbers under 50 guests, the following surcharges apply:

THE ABOVE SURCHARGE DOES NOT APPLY WHEN USING OUR DROP OFF SERVICE. A delivery fee of $55 applies to a Drop Off service in metropolitan Sydney. For other areas surcharge may apply.

*You may replace the beef rissoles with a steak for:
100g New York cut portahouse steak.........................$2.50 pp
200g New York cut portahouse steak..........................$4.15 pp
Note: As a vegetarian option, you may replace beef riissoles with our garden vegetable patties. Other options also available sso please ask. Numbers of vegetarians need to be advised.
Optional extra items may be selected from the list in our Gourmet BBQ Menu.
Drinks & Other Beverages:
Assorted chilled cans of drinks in tubs laid on ice will be provided for self-serve (includes ice and ice tubs to keep the drinks cool) ..................................$1.95 /can*
Other Items you may require:
Dinnerware. SFC will be happy to provide quality disposable dinnerware (a set of a large white oval plastic plate, knife, fork and serviette) at $1.00 per set.
Dessert ware - SFC will be happy to provide quality disposable dessert ware (as set of a white plastic bowl, spoon and serviette) at $0.65 per set.
Over $500 worth of value inclusions in a "Fully Catered" Buffet service:
- Uniformed Staff, to set up, serve and clear over four hours (the number of staff included is based on guest numbers). Note: for numbers under 50, staff not included but can be hired for an additional charge.
- Buffet tables fitted with your choice of Navy or Red table cloths.
- Side-kick tables with fitted table cloths where needed.
- Stainless Steel Chafers with gel burners.
- Gastronome trays.
- Salad bowls
- Serving utensils and bread baskets.
- Portable cooking equipment and gas.
- 20 million public liability insurance. Your assurance.
- Gold Licence Caterer
Note: The larger your numbers the higher is the value of inclusions. If your numbers are in the hundreds, we will serve from multiple stations at no extra charge to you, so that your guests are served quickly. No more endless waiting in long queues!
