Additional Staffing Charges
The Sydney Functions Catering staff are attired in uniform, are well trained, polite and professional.
Although staff are included in our FC Service, depending on your function style and guest numbers you may wish or need to have additional staff to ensure that your function is well serviced and runs smoothly. We can provide a recommendation on the number of staff you need, tailored to your specific event requirements so feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
You may also require additional staff for instances such as when you are using real crockery, cutlery and glasses, or for a plated meal. You may also have a need for a bar waiter. Please note that an RSA qualified wait staff, often termed "bar staff" are not necessarily qualified to be a "Cocktail" staff.
Cost of staff provided by Sydney Functions catering are as follows:

Event Planning Rates
While we're happy to facilitate additional event requirements however, for events that require us to view the event location or be involved in detailed planning, additional fees apply.
- Event Management Call Out/ Meeting Fee (within 25km of Sydney CBD)............$50.00 per call out*
- Event Manager.................................................................................$65 ph
Please note: for call outs/meetings outside of the 25km Sydney CBD, an additional surcharge applies. This will cary depending on the location and travel time involved.
